FULL SERVICE

  • Test for chlorine, salt (when applicable), PH, alkalinity, and calcium level.

  • Add chemicals as needed to assure purity and balance.

  • Brush walls and tiles, skim pool, empty skimmer basket, and vacuum as needed.

  • Visually inspect pool equipment and clean or backwash filter as needed.

INITIAL VISIT –
Before we can begin regularly scheduled pool maintenance, we need to ensure that your pool is in good condition, free of algae and debris, clean, and chemically balanced. Therefore, your initial service will be charged at our current hourly rate plus chemical costs.

SERVICE SCHEDULE –
We will service your pool weekly to ensure consistency. Service days may vary based on weather, holidays, and technician availability. In the event of inclement weather on the day of service, the pool will be tested and cleaned to the extent weather permits and only chemicals will be added.

ACCESS –
To prevent liability, our technicians require clear and safe access to your pool. Please clear the pool of toys, floats, etc. prior to our arrival. The technician reserves the right to cancel the week’s service if there is no access to the pool (locked gate, unsafe conditions, etc.) at time of arrival, and he will not return until the following week – NO credit will be issued. We will try to contact you for access – at the property or by phone – prior to leaving the job. If you’d like us to come back that week, we will charge an $80 rescheduling fee.

PETS –
Pets must remain inside during our visits. We are not responsible for lost or injured pets.

SERVICES ABOVE & BEYOND NORMAL CONDITIONS –
Should your pool require cleaning or maintenance beyond what is considered normal due to events such as heavy rain, storms, hurricanes, large swimming loads, algae contamination, high winds, or excessive heat, we will perform the extra cleaning or maintenance required and bill your account on a time-and-material basis.

EQUIPMENT PROBLEMS –
Please be aware that normal equipment deterioration occurs over time due to exposure to chemicals, sunlight, and/or corrosive materials (i.e. salt). Repairs and parts are not included in your monthly service. Repairs will require your approval before work is done. Pool equipment repairs and replacement parts are billed on a time-and-material basis.

PLEASE NOTE –

  • You are responsible for keeping water at the proper level – the water should be at the middle of the skimmer. We will never add or drain water.

  • We are not responsible for damage to your property caused by acts of nature, fire, vandalism, misuse, or abuse.

  • We are not responsible for damage or deterioration caused by your failure to perform recommended repairs/services or to properly maintain pool and equipment between visits.

  • It is recommended that no one swims within 2-24 hours of any chemical application.

  • Pool Care of Oviedo can cancel service at any time. Should you wish to cancel, you may do so by providing written notice via email to PoolCareOviedo@gmail.com. Kindly give 30-day notice.

PAYMENT –

  • If payment of your monthly service fee and any other charges due are not paid within 28 days after being invoiced, you will be charged a $20 late fee.

  • Monthly and hourly fees are subject to change. Written notice will be given at least 15 days before effective date of change.
